Job Description
- Make Outgoing calls and respond to customer’s emails .
- Resolve and handle customer complaints and Answer questions about products or the company.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Placing customer selling order into computer system, provide product and service information to customers.
- Research required information using available resources
- Route calls to appropriate resources and follow up customer calls where necessary .
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer call.
Job Requirements
- Experience 2-3 years in the same position is preferred
- Resident in Alexandria is a must.
- The English language is a must.
- Technology / Marketing filed is Must
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
