Technical responsibilities for the planning of raw materials

• Setting tactical objectives to manage planning and follow-up in line with the company's objectives and business plans at the level of planning and follow-up management and overseeing the development of the appropriate time program to achieve them and follow up their implementation.
• Participate in the design of the manual on the policies and procedures of planning and follow-up management and company rules.
• Coordinate with the head of the warehouse department to approach the complete product categories, raw materials, components and packaging requirements (production) from the minimum demand and minimum to be planned for the supply of raw materials and for the production of the items in conjunction with the sales forecast analysis and the approved sales plan and the sales
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to determine the cost and timing of the scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance required and the expected maintenance and determine the plan required spare parts maintenance and timings provided
• Develop a plan for providing the raw materials, components and production requirements required to achieve the production plan and the timing of its availability
• Link the actual and planned sales to the stock and thus review the stock balances of the raw materials and the product periodically and make the "weekly deficit and increase statement" of the plant to ensure that it is sufficient to achieve the production plan
• Review stock balances of raw materials, spare parts and components and production requirements periodically to ensure their adequacy to achieve the production plan Review the monthly withdrawal rates of raw materials, components and production requirements and set the safe limits for each type of inventory in coordination with the director of warehouse management and director of production management and head of the supply chain and the calculation of consumption required to perform monthly production orders

Technical responsibilities for production planning

• Coordinating with the commercial department regarding the expected sales and marketing plan and the actual work / sales orders on which the production plan is based
• Develop a plan to measure the current energy of machines and production lines at different operating conditions and according to each type of product
• Setting standard and estimation times for all production machines and production stages
• Follow up the process of developing the general production plan for the operation of all machines for manufacturing according to the expected production and processing rates
• Follow up the process of submitting the order to the head of the production department according to the client's requirements in the order of sale / work received from the commercial department and in accordance with the procedures approved by the Department of Planning and Follow-up
• Follow up the process of receiving the emergency sales / work orders received from the commercial administration and setting the general priorities for the implementation of the production plan through the arrangement of operations between lines and machines and stages of production, which ensures the efficiency and accuracy of the machines and the optimal and maximum utilization
• Monitor the process of receiving the BOM of the R & D / Technical Office of the new products and then transfer it to the head of the warehouse department in preparation for the preparation of the "shortcomings report" by the competent custodians to start editing the purchase orders for the deficiencies
• Monitor the execution of purchase orders for deficiencies, whether external purchases or local purchases according to the specifications of the product and the order of work and customer requests.
• Meeting with the Director of Production Department with the responsible planning and follow-up of the production concerned with the purpose of re-planning the priorities of production and follow-up and priorities of procurement according to the report of deficiencies received from the Director of Department Stores
• Holding periodic meetings with the head of the operating sector, the director of production management, the head of the supply chain sector and the head of the commercial sector to review the priorities of the operating orders.

Special responsibilities for production follow-up

• Follow-up of the implementation of the operating orders within the factory to implement the production plan daily, monthly and annually and raise comparisons between the actual and the standard and planned periodically according to the procedures approved by the Department of Planning and Follow-up.
• Follow-up of operating orders within production areas / production lines, deliveries and departures, giving detailed reports about them, and raising comparisons between the actual and the standard.
• Receiving production follow-up models in the lower part of the operating orders from the planning and production follow-up officer in each production department, which records the time taken to implement each step of the operating orders according to the procedures approved by the Planning and Follow-up Department
• Follow-up the delivery movement of the half-factory / operating product of each order and deliver it from the production department to the warehouses
• Follow up the complete execution of the work order for the final product after installation and after receiving the product quality control report. Return to the final product and start the shipping process for the customer. Receive reports on the follow up process of recording quantities of manufacturing for each production department from the head of quality control department
• Monitor the receipt of reports on the actual production rates of each stage and the resources charged and directing the registration in the computer in preparation for their conversion to the cost accountant budget estimate.
• Conduct the analysis of the operating rates for each line / stage of the production until the process of production efficiency of each stage used and submitted in a report to the head of the supply chain sector in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Department of Planning and Follow-up
• Attend the regular meetings of the Department of Planning and Follow-up in accordance with the procedures approved by Al-Tawakul Company for Electrical Industries
• Periodic reports to the head of the supply chain sector periodically for each issue in accordance with the procedures adopted by the company
