Job Description

  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in Marketing
  • Preferred Experience in Real Estate companies or specialized in marketing for
  • Management skills to manage a team full of 7 and more people
  • Worked in all digital fields, including social media, YouTube, etc…
  • Worked in all printing materials (fliers, magazines, catalog, brochures, etc…) in terms of material and pricing.
  • Experience of printing vinyl and banners in terms of material and pricing
  • Experience in events and mall planning
  • Worked in booth production in terms of material and pricing
  • Experience in media plans.
  • Co-worked on developing designs for offline channels
  • Co-worked on finalizing graphic designs for offline channels
  • Experience in outdoor campaigns in terms of pricing
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills with agencies and team
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Professional judgment and analytical experience in the marketing field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc
