Job Description

  • Serving customers in Dubai
  • Handling customers inquiries over the phone

Working conditions :

  • Fixed shift morning 6:30AM Till 3:30PM
  • Fixed day off Friday 1 day off
  • (6 Days off per month)

Job Requirements

SIVVI Emailing & Web-chat queue:-

  • Salary 3500 EGP divided 80% Fixed & 20% variable (KPI’s).
  • Business writing experience is a must.
  • Fluent English.
  • Rotational one day off “6 days off per month” two of them might be cancelled according to our situation.
  • Rotational shifts.
  • Graduated.

Ø SIVVI Confirmation queue:-

  • Salary 3000 EGP divided 2700 gross & 300 each 3 months depends on your performance, the gross divided on 80% Fixed & 20% variable (KPI’s).
  • Excellent English .
  • Rotational one day off “6 days off per month” two of them might be cancelled according to our situation.
  • Rotational shifts.
  • Males & Females.
  • Graduated.
