Job Description
- Attend and minute all board meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system & contact lists, manage the day to day operations of the office.
- Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
- Collect weekly reports from all departments and corporate with them to give advice for reporting forms
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Organize travel arrangements for senior managers and make a good relation with travel agencies and hotels
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA holder is preferred
Job Specific Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of documents management
- Excellent knowledge of Technology sector and contracts Clients follow-up skills
- Fluent in English is must
