Job Description

  • Attend and minute all board meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system & contact lists, manage the day to day operations of the office.
  • Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls.
  • Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
  • Collect weekly reports from all departments and corporate with them to give advice for reporting forms
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Organize travel arrangements for senior managers and make a good relation with travel agencies and hotels

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA holder is preferred

Job Specific Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of documents management
  • Excellent knowledge of Technology sector and contracts Clients follow-up skills
  • Fluent in English is must
  • Administrative Assistant top skills & proficiency :
  • Multitask Inventory Control Analysis
  • Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years.
  • Professionalism Accuracy Office Administration
