Job Description
- Develop and create concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, university logos, and website
- Create images that identify a product or convey a message
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Amend designs after feedback
- Work with copywriters and Marketing manager to produce final design
- Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
- Test graphics across various media
- Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
- Managing university proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
- Advise Marketing manager on strategies to reach a particular audience
- Determine the message the design should portray
- Liaising with Marketing manager to determine their requirements and budget
- Working with Marketing team, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
Job Requirements
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Certificate in Graphic design is essential
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Very good English.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Must have experience working on (Illustrator, Photoshop, 2D / 3D Graphics)
