Job Description
- Preparing and Configuring Hand-Held Devices for Implementing Sales Buzz Application on it.
- Provide training to sales Department Staff .
- Following up and Supporting Sales Department Staff and solving the Issues that they face when using Hand-Held.
- Using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for Querying about Database.
- Following up with software vendor for Supporting us to solve the technical issues.
- Support all stakeholders that has a clear access to sales buzz application.
- Test new application and fetch the defects and open tickets related to any issue on the application.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree .
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Should have experience in system ( Sales Buzz ).
- Familiar with retail applications .
- Experience in MS Dynamics RMS is preferred.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
- Multi tasks efficiently in a timely manner.
- Hard worker and able to work under stress.
- Good command of English language skills.
- Background in SQL Server (Installation, Configuration, Backup).
- Have a good knowledge of SQL queries and triggers.
- Background in crystal reports.
