Job Description
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger
- Prepare the standard budgets for accounts including G&A, Employees cost and regulatory and review all activities versus budget and prepare variance analysis
- Settlement of invoice payments and facilitates financial transactions with distributors
- Secure expenditure requests approvals before execution
- Issuance of revenue invoices
- Validate and reconcile revenue discrepancies
- Follow up on receivables and secure receivables aging as per the guidelines
- Handling accounts payables and secure payables aging as per the guidelines
- Getting conformation from key service providers and customers on closing balance on a bi-annual basis
- Compliance with PA financial policies and procedures
- Generate reports on company activities and track official tax expenses when appropriate
Job Requirements
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) holder is must
- English language fluency is a must
- Max Age 33
- Proven experience as GL accountant and/or financial controller
- Extensive research skills
- Excellent in analyzing information
- Deadline-Oriented
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages
