Job Description
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, Supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping.
- Schedule meetings and appointments on a corporate level and organize events for guests from abroad and interact when required.
- Maintain accurate attendance records of employees in Egypt.
- Deliver general clerical duties including mailing, translating documents, editing presentations and etc.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies & facilities and manages office facilities
- Supervise clerical, administrative personnel and office stuff.
- Receive phone calls and visitors.
- Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, ensuring timely, safe follow-ups and traces.
Compliance with all PA System Document.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in computer, Microsoft skills and PDF Editor
- Filing & database knowledge
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Fluent English
