Job Description
- Manage all the strategic business interventions between different functions (Marketing, Sales, Contracts, CRM, after sales, …etc.)
- Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity.
- Conduct Market research and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal situation and external promotional activities and programs, and expectations for monthly sales and budgets.
- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel of the media, including newspapers, magazines, television, and radio.
- Negotiate, close and implement media and promotional agreements for the company with promoters and media clients.
- Work alongside the development team, the Engineering department, and in partnership with external creative agencies to reach the final framework. 7. Develop and oversee CRM strategies to always enhance the customer journey.
- Coordinate with other departments’ heads (Financial/ Engineering) to always support the company strategic and operational objectives.
- Set projects’ sales target, marketing communication budget, and manage the budgets of the sub-departments.
- Update the Board of Directors with periodic reports/ meetings.
- Develop “short/long” term brand and identity strategy for active projects and future developments.
- Develop strategies and execute tactics to get the word out about the Company/ Project and drive qualified traffic to its front door.
- Oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable University
- 5+ years of experience in the field
