Job Description
- Manage workflow and day to day work of the Customer Service Department.
- Create a link between Sales and Manufacturing.
- Manage delivery and post-delivery support.
- Approve technical feasibility for complex product samples and artwork design to ensure proper run-ability in our operation.
- Review and approve quotations and customer orders to ensure that contribution is in line with management guidelines.
- Review sales reports to make sure that load received is at per set plan and report any deviation.
- Review planning schedule and make amendments when necessary to meet customer deliverables and optimize on the machine efficiency (OEE).
- Interfere in the production plan to cope with priority and rush orders.
- Conduct load meetings to align with production on the scheduled production plan.
- Validate root-cause analysis conducted by QC related to customer complaints from the department and take corrective action to avoid recurrence.
- Approve any deviation related to invoicing and review related reports to ensure that all shipments have been invoiced.
- Negotiate with local / export contractors for inland transportation and determine a price list for the different destinations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 4 – 5years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
- 4 - 5years’ experience in Corrugated Industry.
