Main Duties:
- Fresh water supply
- Electric supply
- Electric, water, sewage infrastructure maintenance
- Roads, walkways and retaining wall stones
- Hard and soft land scape
- Lighting of landscape and roads
- Private garden maintenance and irrigation
- Beach maintenance
- Resort cleaning
- Communication with owners to help solve their problems and enjoy their stay
- Keep good relations with authorities
- Lead and develop his team
- To present a plan for addressing owner complaints
- To present a monthly report to management
Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality & hotels field Is A must
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Advanced leadership & coaching Skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel…etc.)
