Job Description
- Responsible for office management.
- Handling incoming phone Calls.
- Responding to clients’ requirements
- Welcoming the visitors and customers to reflect a good image for the company
- Make sure that company policies and rules are implemented
- Responsible for the communication process with the maintenance Companies (computers, elevator, printers, internet providers, etc…..)
- Receive the incoming mails then follow up the outgoing mails (purchasing orders, internal memos, delegations or any external correspondences).
- Sending and receiving Faxes
- Handle and organize the reservation process for (tickets, Hotels, training rooms, meeting rooms)
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- Bachelor Degree
- High level of English and Arabic business writing
- Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point)
- Analytical and solving problems skills.
