Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Follow up on personnel tasks in sites to ensure that they adhere to company polices and procedures.
- Records and Keeps accurate attendance records for all employees.
- Consolidates monthly overtime activities and ensures compliance with internal policies.
- Handles tracks and keeps accurate records of all employees’ vacation. Plans, consumption and balance in line with the legal requirements and internal regulations.
- Collecting of the monthly Time Sheets from all departments.
- Check the consolidation of salaries of the sites.
- Maintains employees' personal files, updates regularly and ensures that all documents are properly kept (employment contracts, hiring documents, social insurance forms, salary changes records, etc).
- Send new hiring & resignation report at sites to Personnel Supervisor on time.
- Performs other duties assigned by the personnel manager.
Job Requirements
- University degree with at least 2-year experience in Personnel.
- IT Skills: good MS Office
- Languages: Good English & Arabic (Oral/Written)
