Job Description

Summary:

  • Responsible for assessing and addressing all aspects of equipment maintenance in all of the company farm's

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates The Efforts of the Workers in the Maintenance Department to Save the Company’s Assets and Machines Working and in a good Condition.
  • Determines the areas that need improvements of Maintenance, And delegate this work to the maintenance team.
  • Respond to the urgent requests for maintenance from the farms.
  • Analyze the data that can be useful in preventing maintenance problems in the future.
  • Following up on the training for the new workers on the maintenance works.
  • Provide a safe environment to all the worker of the department.
  • Prepares the monthly reports about repairs/ maintenance and breakdowns.
  • Make suggestions about maintenance equipment providers to the company.
  • Determines the needed equipment and tools for the department, by coordinating with the other departments and purchasing department.
  • Work on cost reduction
  • Conduct periodical meetings with the department workers to discuss the work issues, the implemented plan and determining the work problems and how to avoid or solve it.
  • Follow up maintenance department performance in terms of spends, regular check, the replacement for equipment’s & KPIs & Set the maintenance schedules for the farms.
  • Supervise and lead engineers and technicians.
  • Hire, train, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff.
  • Write performance reviews and solve internal issues.
  • Develop cost estimates.
  • Agreeing on a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
  • Check technical accuracy of work.
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Deliver reports to top management.

Job Requirements

  • University degree, agricultural equipment engineering is preferred
  • Minimum experience 10 years.
  • Strong project management and staff leadership skills.
  • Total knowledge about the machines and equipment's that are used by the company.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving,
  • High Interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions
  • English (Speak/Read/Write) (Level: V.Good)
  • ERP System's knowledge
