Job Description
- Experience Manager at Revive Medical is the branch manager. He/she makes sure that the experience of each and every patient at Revive is one of a kind. He/she does almost everything for patients that medical staff aren't required to do, to make their experience as beneficial, comfortable and convenient as possible.
Experience Manager will be responsible for the below:
- The experience manager works with head physicians and administrators to find out how they can meet the needs of newly joined and current patients.
- Oversees the overall the experience
- Supervise and delegate specific tasks to the Check -in Assistant and facility supervisor.
- Supervise the lab coordinator on the required labs for the patient.
- Responsible for all the member patients inquires and non medical needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service / Hospitality
- Fluent in English
- Good Leadership skills
- High time management skills
