Job Description
- Suggests policies and procedures monitor and maintain the quality of mall facilities and systems.
- Assigns and supervises QA Specialists in their respective mall zones and ensures that they are following set processes and checklists for quality areas.
- Takes the proper action to correct any quality issues.
- Presents daily and weekly QA reports to the Mall Manager.
