Job Description
- Manage in-mall information kiosks and answer shoppers queries
- Provide navigational guidance to shoppers, attend to any mall incident and fulfill shoppers needs
- Assist shoppers and address any shopper inquiry
- Provide regular reports to Supervisor on mall customer experience
Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality, retail management is preferred
- Strong communication skills
