Job Description

  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Be willing to drive and meet with clients as needed to present our company products.
  • Develop and maintain an organized database of client contacts, actively maintain communication with them, and report weekly updates to the Managing Director.
  • Following up with the sales and cross-selling.
  • Meeting clients and consulting them on the best optimum solution for their challenges.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Responds to inquiries via live chat, email, inbound and outbound calls according to the need.

  • Think out of the box to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements

  • English fluency is a must
  • Previous experience in selling training programs
  • Capable of Generate new leads based on the required leads business segment
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
