Job Description
- Ensuring that processes needed for the quality and food safety management systems are established, implemented and maintained.
- Scope includes but not limited to customers’ specific standards, BRC, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001.
- Assess, evaluate and give recommendations on aligning the organization’s processes to support delivery of the company goals and objectives.
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining a systematic internal auditing program to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of quality and food safety management systems.
- Handling product related complaints, leading incidents investigations and inform CAPA system.
- Manage the implementation of CAPA system to ensure system effectiveness and elimination of complaints, incidents and non-conformities root cause in order to prevent recurrence
- Reporting on the performance of the quality and food safety management systems and any need for improvement
- Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality and food safety management systems
- Promotion of awareness of customer quality and food safety requirements throughout the organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Agriculture, Science or similar field with minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Food Industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
