Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in implementing programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
- Assist in performing process mapping activities.
- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
- Conduct diagnosis and perform analysis for the organization through its staff.
- Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
- Assist in implementing organizational effectiveness interventions.
- Participate in creating competency models.
- Execute changes in different aspects of operation.
- Propose changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
- Participate in developing methods of measuring performance in line with organizational goals.
- Resolve conflict within groups.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
- Recommend training and development systems.
- Create definitions of desired individual or group performance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce – English Section
- HRM Certificate from a recognized institute is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR generalist or assistant
