Job Description
Laser Technicians are primarily responsible for treating clients using advanced laser technology specialized in Candela Gentlelase as device of Laser hair removal. Laser Technicians must maintain professionalism in many different scenarios including positive, negative or emotional situations. Laser Technicians are also uniquely qualified to upsell packages and sell products that would benefit the client, based on what is being treated.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Keeping work space clean and sterile
- Clearly communicate treatment programs
- Explain to clients the treatment protocols and policies
- Suggest options that meet customer’s needs and emphasize selling points of services
- Develop relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
Required Experience:
- Bachelor is a must.
- English is a must.
- All certifications and licenses required to perform services
- Preferred experience in working with esthetics and skin
Competency Requirements:
- Females Only
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Exhibit a strong worth ethic
- Have ability to sell within a retail environment
