Job Description

  • Acting as a technical support engineer to investigate and solve technical issues received from our customers.
  • Meeting with customers over the phone, email, or on site for any technical aspects related to business development.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our voice and call center solution meet client needs.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
  • Generating technical sales proposals and contracts.
  • Attending and/or participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Acting as on-call for any problems escalation out of working hours.

Job Requirements

  • Technical Voice engineer with +5 years' experience in AVAYA Call Center Solution.
  • Ability to learn and administrate VOIP solutions from Third party vendors rather than AVAYA.
  • Linux background is a plus.
  • Working as a developer is a plus.
