Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily operations and activities.
- Testing and applying system patches and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot system and application problems, diagnosing and solving software faults.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering (institutes are not accepted).
- 1-2 years of previous work experience in applications and/or systems support.
- Basic experience with managing databases (SQL server, Oracle).
- Good at negotiations, strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Good supporting & troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills is a must.
