Job Description:

  • We seek an individual to lead both our marketing and in house sales activity. This person will strategize, design and execute on all digital, print, and trade show marketing for our company.
  • In addition, the individual will speak with customers and conduct sales over the phone and in person and have responsibility for maintaining and growing business with our client accounts.
  • The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated self-starter who is enthusiastic about growing our business. They will display a willingness to learn, a good eye for analytics, and strong accountability for results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with the management team to strategize and execute on digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, SEO, social media, and advertising.
  • Grows social media presence, utilizing creative resources to produce relevant content.
  • Actively calls customers, advising them of solutions and promotions, and conducts sales.
  • Maintains and updates website content, working closely with web designers and developers to optimize the customer’s experience with our website.
  • Manages all inbound sales leads, tracking all activity in CRM and reporting on results.
  • Secures meetings for inbound leads, working together with our outside sales team.
  • Designs or works with outside designers to design and prepare trade show materials and printed materials consistent with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Establishes online marketing goals to ensure brand awareness and business growth.
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge around digital marketing best practices and innovations.
  • Develops metrics, tracks analytics and provides analysis of website and other marketing activity performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications or similar degree.
  • 3 – 4 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Proven track record of achievement.

Technical Skills

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and experience with the following software and web applications:
  • CRM software
  • Microsoft Office Suite or Apple iWork applications
  • Content management systems (CMS)
  • Email marketing software, such as MailChimp, preferred
  • Google AdWords, Display Network, Analytics, Search Console preferred.
  • Adobe Creative Suite and/or HTML/CSS experience is a plus
