Job Description
- Arranging the manager appointments and reminding him of them.
- Receiving all his telephone calls.
- The establishment and the development of the files and keeping them organized.
- Entering and updating all the data founding within the files.
- Sending and receiving all faxes and E-mails.
- Making daily and monthly reports to the manager about the work activities and about any deviation to correct it.
- Following up the daily production with the planning department. Translating any documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Defining all the work needs and its problems and showing them to the manager to find solutions for them.
- Making weekly and monthly reports to the CEO about the work activities.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- French: Good
