Job Description
- Promoting and selling company products to customers though managing the whole sales cycle.
- Ability to achieve specified sales targets.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Cold calling, visiting potential areas, and meetings with current and potential customers to prospect for new business in industrial regions.
- Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets and customers.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements and providing them with quotations.
- Manage sales orders, negotiating on price, delivery and specifications and closing sales with customers.
- Recording sales and order information and entering data into company computer system.
- Prepare customer visits and sales reports required by the direct manager and according to system and time frame.
- Coordinate and follow up activities with other work units or departments to ensure that customer service is effectively delivered.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Follow-up and handling customer requirements and complaints.
- Maintaining and developing long term relationships with customers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- College Degree (faculty of Engineering “mechanical engineering” and faculty of Commerce are preferred).
- Good command of English language.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Presentable, persuasive self-motivated.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Team player.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Honest and organized.
- Ability to work flexible working hours.
- Owning a car is a great plus.
