Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
- Will correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority, although the Safety Officer may exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.
- Maintains awareness of active and developing situations.
- Ensures the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented.
- Ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan.
- Liaise with the head of the unit or controlled entity, OHS Unit and other safety personnel.
Job Requirements
- Site Safety Officer Required at Obour City, Cairo
- Graduate in any discipline with 3-5 years of experience as Safety Officer
- NEBOSH certified.
- Stable career history 1-2 years minimum tenure in current or previous jobs.
- Candidates based in Cairo only apply
- Driving License and own car will be advantage not essential.
- Fluent English communication skills required.
