Job Description
- Manage the hiring and resignation process (contracts, and hiring documents) also contract renewals.
- Processing employees social insurance, termination, leave and other activities using the appropriate forms.
- Keeping records of work times and attendance, tracking employees absences, and sending warnings accordingly.
- Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, and remaining balances.
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel matters as well as presenting and issuing any necessary documents required by official authorities ( labor and insurance offices).
- Assisting in the processing of monthly payrolls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, or related field from an accredited university.
- At least 7 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Effective written and oral communications skills.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to schedule priorities to maximize efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a wide variety of personalities, exhibit patience and understanding.
