Job Description
- Analyzes staffing logistics and organizes documentation
- Arrange payroll, medical and social insurances procedures.
- Advanced interpersonal, Problem solving and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Reviewing the attendance system each month to be applied for the payroll
- Handling and managing the health insurance for the company employee
- Orienting new hires into company’s rules, policies and environment
- Address employee relations issues, work complaints, or other employee concerns
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification.
- Males only
- Minimum 1 year Human Resources experience
- Familiarity with the application of employment law in the workplace
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification
- Solid computer skills and Microsoft office are must.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to work under pressure for extended work hours
- Good English language.
- Giza or Cairo resident.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
