About the Job
  • Prepare annual manpower planning requirements to determine the manpower needs and meet the company current and future requirements by reviewing and discussing each estimated manpower requirement with the concerned department
  • Identifies new positions required, after ascertaining their non-availability within the company and discussing the plan with the HR Manage
  • Consolidates manpower requirements in the form of a manpower plan, based on discussion and inputs from Sector heads regarding exits, promotions, transfers within the company and then incorporates manpower requirement projections for annual manpower
  • Carries out all Company recruitment activities and all regulatory tasks for hiring new staff.
  • Performs sourcing for new job offers and screens incoming applications.
  • Proposes and recommends fitment of new employee
  • Conducts, examinations, evaluation and interview for new recruits and ensures staff are deployed in the right positions according to skills, experience, and overall goals
  • Identifies best sources of recruitment for Oil & Gas industry
  • Determines the number of recruits required in a specified timeframe and the availability of
  • Shows early indications of potential recruitment or retention difficulties and identifies surpluses or deficiencies in certain ranks or
  • Produces a statistical report on the effectiveness of recruitment
  • Projects short to long-term needs of departments on the basis of its departmental plans so that it can adjust its manpower requirements to meet changing prior
  • Designs advertisement based on the job description
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent HR diploma is plus
  • OD Experience is A plus
  • Very good computer skills (IT proficiency )
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Good people skills & ability to interact with sources of employees, local authorities & external entities effectively
