Job Description
- Develop strong relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Receive and validate client requests including shipping documents
- Follow-up with operation team for shipping, Trucking and customs clearance updates and keep client up-to date.
- Handle any special requests from clients
- Work closely with operation, custom clearance and accounting departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Manage client’ daily emails and phone calls & resolve their issues and claims in accurate and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sending daily reports to clients to keep them updated with their shipments status.
