To help us implement this strategic direction we are looking for a highly skilled, innovative and energetic Marketing & Business Intelligence Manager responsible for the Middle East & Africa Region.

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing and Strategy Director for Middle East, Africa & Turkey. This position will support the achievement of KONE’s business objectives and contribute to the ongoing development of the front line’s business performance by utilizing an organization-wide marketing and communications strategy that will improve KONE’s competitive position

We are looking for an Individual with a track record of being a go-getter. Who has an understanding of how to partner and collaborate with the business, implement Strategy and enhance the company profile. Candidate should have a creative mindset, strong commercial acumen and a strong understanding of the Digital world of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business planning with the front line management team to develop a marketing and communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with KONE’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives
  • Support the achievement of business goals by managing the reputation and the brand of KONE according to global guidelines
  • Create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities for different market and customer segments.
  • Able to work across business groups to align and amplify global marketing efforts and lead development of connected business growth programs.
  • Co-operate with the KONE global team and other marketing and communications professionals within KONE
  • Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that spearhead Awareness, Engagement and product/service adoption
  • Support KONE’s objectives through Internal communications: Communicating the company vision and strategic development programs to employees according to global guidelines
  • Demonstrate expertise in dealing with front-line senior management, coaching and counseling them, and should have the ability to influence Leadership thinking in strategic communication
  • Identify and anticipate the need for change-management communications and provide strategic insight.
  • Oversee the stakeholder relationship, provide and distribute local news according to global guidelines and regulations. Support global news with localized content and media distribution when possible.
  • Serve as a role model in enhancing the Company Vision.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years proven track record in a similar role
  • Should have strong business acumen, accompanied by analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams and matrix management
  • Experience and knowledge of the Middle East region is a must. Experience in Africa region is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
  • Flawless communication (public speaking and media relations) inclusive of writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of various CRM tools including SAP.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic. French is a big asset.
  • A candidate is required to travel frequently across the Middle East & Africa region.
