Job Description
- Develop solution architectures in alignment with business long-term strategies and priorities.
- When required, develops alternative solution architectures; analyzes and evaluates the financial, business, process and technology changes and impacts.
- Act as Technical Advisor and engage in projects to address client questions, make architecture recommendations, educate client team, vendors and partners and support the internal delivery team and highlighting the industry best practices.
- Defines the integration layers and standards for our products/solutions.
- Documents and maintain the accurate documentation of our solutions technical architecture and product environment specifications.
- Identify productivity increase and cost-saving opportunities by identifying modules or services that can be re-used by the project teams to drive consistency, cost reduction, and increases speed to deliver within current architecture.
- Address business pain points and develop solution architecture roadmaps.
- Lead the development of Technical Architecture standards and guidelines for enabling delivery capabilities based on industry trends, innovation and business drivers.
- Partner with Business Alignment Team and Solution Delivery teams to select an approach and product to convert business requirements into an architecture layout and conceptual design, based on the Architecture standards and usage guidelines.
- Develop long-term product technical architecture strategies, standards and guidelines based on industry trends, innovation and technology changes and business drivers.
- Build architectures that leverage or enhance the capabilities of the current solutions. Analyzes the current technical environment; identifies gaps; recommends and implements solutions for improvement.
- Provide direction with technical and business partner requirements and overall project plan as it relates to the solution. Provide input into risk mitigation assessment and ensure that solution designs are fulfilling the functional and technical requirements and can consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs) with the customer.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience in the software development in general with at least 3 years in the software architecture
- Deep working experience and knowledge in Oracle technologies
- Bachelor's degree from Computer Science or relevant Engineering major.
- Willingness to travel
