Job Description
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including: creating advertisements, post open positions on internet sites, thoroughly review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, participate in new hire benefits orientation
- Recruitment outreach reports and statistics. Explores recruitment resources (i.e., internet recruiting) and job fairs
- Find diverse ways to attract candidates , Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Ability to develop and communicate appropriate metrics, interpret trends and adjust strategies as needed in response to change
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience required at Fashion and retail .
- Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices, preferably with high volume distribution positions ( Fashion and retail )
- Strong recruiting, sourcing, Experience with internet job boards and applicant tracking systems.
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills to ensure proper interface with all levels within the company
