The customers’ relationship executive will be responsible to achieve the organization’s objectives by building an effective relationship with B2C customers.

Key activities:

  • Trigger opportunities in the market.
  • Open new leads, prospects and turn them into loyal customers.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and build a sustainable and effective relationship with them.
  • Manage Square’s social media channels, websites and other e-commerce platforms to achieve sales targets.
  • Increase the market share of the company in the B2C market of lifestyle products through Social media and e-shopping websites.

Job Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in sales or customer service fields in the retail sector.
  • Very good in Negotiation, Communication & Presentation skills.
  • Perfect with Social Media channels.
  • Fluent in the English language.
