Job Description
- Prepare Project Operational budget broken down based on Work Breakdown Structures showing each cost elements (Labor, Materials, & Equipment) and assigning cost centers and codes covering Indirect and Direct Cost distribution.
- Monitor and evaluate Project Cost / Man‐hour performance on Weekly and Monthly basis and prepare Executive Summary Report to Top Management.
- Ensure company and project controls Department policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
- Support project management in accomplishing project status review and performance control.

- Perform periodic performance appraisals for line reports and other staff in coordination with HR.
- Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of cost control staff within the project are in accordance with the Project controls department's policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related fields.
- High Computer Literacy.
- Good knowledge of relevant Cost Systems.
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
