Job Description
- Execute the site performance daily plan according to the project schedule and budget
- Check approved shop drawings to identify the steps and materials needed for implementation in site.
- Estimate site activities cost and time when needed
- Monitor subcontractors’ completion percentage and quality of work to coordinate with quality control department.
- Monitor performance of the staff and take any necessary action (deductions or bonuses).
- Ensure the cleanliness of the site.
- Monitor sub-contractors’ team performance and report any problem to Senior Site Engineer in order to take necessary actions.
- Supervise the construction team in the area of responsibility to perform the required job efficiently through the allocated material & manpower.
- Handle all special assignments within the scope of the department if required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Familiar with AutoCAD Good Command of English language skills.
- 0-3 years of experience.
