Job Description
- Manage, train & mentor plants’ HSE technicians during the three working shifts.
- Ensure the implementation of the company HSE system and policies.
- Lead accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations to improve audit scores.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- Participate in the Risk Assessment all specific jobs inside the plants for routine and non-routine jobs and ensure the implementation of the control controls.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all incidents, near misses, unsafe acts & conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in any Science or Engineering.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in HSE preferred in the manufacturing field.
- OSHA or NEBOSH Studies.
- Leadership Skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
