Job Description

  • The first point of contact of the company , either with the customers or the employees
  • Offering support to the executives as well as administrative support across the whole organization
  • Welcoming the company's guests and greeting people who visit the business
  • Distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office * perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling , photocopying , faxing . etc,

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
