Job Description
- The first point of contact of the company , either with the customers or the employees
- Offering support to the executives as well as administrative support across the whole organization
- Welcoming the company's guests and greeting people who visit the business
- Distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office * perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling , photocopying , faxing . etc,
Job Requirements
