Job Description
- Communicating with Financial Units (Banks, Leasing Companies, Direct Finance).
- Preparing Full financial analysis (Ratio analysis, Industry analysis, Management analysis and risk analysis.
- Prepare analysis of historical and pro-forma financial statements to assess trends and fluctuations that might impact a company`s cash flow.
- Managing financial problems and aiding it to solve these problems and loan approvals.
- To face Risk committee inquiries in banks and to make sure that all potential inquires and questionable are covered with reasonable reasons.
- Preparing debt run off schedule to provide the best settlement structure the lowest interest incurred taking into consideration cost of debt and profit margin of the clients.
- Prepare the credit memo & Suggest the Best financing model for the client.
- Negotiate with the financial sectors providing finance for the best terms of finance.
- Follow up with the client writing of the finance contracts & follow up collection of our consultancy fees
- Perform the daily treasury operations of processing all payment requests, custody requests, and bank transfer requests.
- Monitor daily bank balances, cash clearing accounts.
