Job Description
- This position is responsible for drawing (preferred), rigging, animating characters, and scene transitions, bringing creative ideas and concepts to life.
- The animators may work with a team to develop cartoon Series, promotional spots, and computer artwork.
Responsibility & Duties:
- Rigging characters, elements and prepare them for animation.
- Choose different textures, colors and lighting for the animation.
- Make adjustments and alterations at all stages of the animation’s production.
- Responsible for the consistent design and line quality of their animation.
- Developing design styles and creative concepts for projects.
- Create engaging animations and work on cartoon videos and kids songs
- Animates and brings to life high profile characters and creatures of the production and Creates movement and performance for each character and develops emotional content.
- Analyze storyboards to recommend the best approach to 2D modeling and animation.
- Create 2D layouts, modeling a, d animation execution plan to support art direction.
- Create 2D models in a wide range of styles to accommodate various types of clientele.
- Ensure 2D art content meets technical guidelines and supports best practices and time efficiencies.
- To understand and implement creative and technical feedback of the supervisor's requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in art or any relevant
- Have extensive experience in creating animation
- Ability to deliver dramatic and believable character performances, as well as having a solid understanding of body mechanics, timing, weight, and composition.
- Ability to be pro-active, and help develop plans and make recommendations that will continually raise the quality bar for the animation team.
- Technical understanding of animation tools, pipelines, and technical systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, creative problem solver and works well with a team.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- 3D animation skills are a plus
- Love for the animation, art, and creative endeavors
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
- Expert in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
