Job Description

Mendel, An AI startup based in Silicon Valley is hiring Admin Assistant who will be responsible for administrative tasks to make sure that the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Job Description:

  • Purchasing office stationery and supplies
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Submit expense reports
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Handle employees queries
  • Dealing with governmental authorities
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Requirements
