Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Daily Patrols at the sites, supervise all electrical works
- Plan & Prepare the PM & CM schedule &technical reports
- 24/7 monitor and record for all Department activities
- Do inspections and offer quotations for electrical works and task orders
- Monitor work quality and provide proper advice for performance improvement
- Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned
- Observe/ inspect warehouse electrical stock
- Manage and supervise contractors’ preventive maintenance
Work Standard:
- All damages technical incidents to be reported immediately
- Follow up and complete work orders on the system
- Assure the performance & quality of service
- Ensure all technical staff are applying the safety rules and regulations
- Develop and test the maintenance techniques
- Do regular risk assessment
- Assign the technical team’s tasks and schedule
- Daily coordination with electrical authority
- Do weekly/monthly inspection on all electrical equipment/ systems at the site
- Control the cost of spare parts and consumables
- Improve the project’s profit
- Negotiate with clients “if needed”
Job Requirements
- Education Major: Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 2-5 in the field of maintenance
- Should be from a facilities management background.
- Well knowledge with the electrical systems operations & Maintenance
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Excellent English
