Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Develops and sets Marketing Strategy and cascade the objectives and plans to the team after it approved from the Unite director.
  • Reviews and approves the standards and performance measures (KPIs) of the overseen departments ensuring their alignment to the organization’s strategic direction, and monitors their timely implementation, ensures the achievement of the set objectives.
  • Prepares the yearly MEK Marketing budget plan by obtaining budgetary data from the Functional Managers and ensures the adherence to the set budget while, auditing unnecessary deviation from the set plan.
  • Participates in the Top Management team annual meetings to develop the marketing mix including (Product, Price, Promotions and distribution) and submits the operating plan (OP) for review and approval.
  • Researches and exploits opportunities to identify new prospects and new services, ensuring compliance to the Organization’s strategic directions and growth plans.
  • Reviews and Submits the Market entry strategies to Top Management.
  • Follows-up and monitors the timely execution of the approved strategic markets initiatives, ensuring the achievement of the set objectives.
  • Reviews and approves the marketing communications activities and plans (i.e. seminars, conferences, exhibitions, events etc.) including; the design and supervision of production of communication material, ensuring adherence to group’s corporate identity.
  • Reviews and approves all the PR activities and ensure their total compliance to organizations policies and procedures.
  • Manage all suppliers including creative, Media, Digital & research agencies. This includes briefing, development & approval of all projects ran with any of these agencies.
  • Maintains high-level public and business relations with major relevant partners, customers and strategic allies.
  • Attends conferences and conventions related to the Organization’s line of Services
  • Reviews various departmental reports on a periodic basis; highlighting the main activities of the department pertaining to internal working environment and external market conditions, in addition to departmental achievements.

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration and/or Marketing , MBA is preferred.
  • 10-15 working years experience with minimum 5 years in managerial level.
  • Branding , printing , PR , Agency management Experience is MUST.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing new products and marketing strategies & campaigns.
  • Ability to turn qualitative & quantitative data and information analysis into actionable 'insights'.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) including experience in delivering business presentations and writing business proposals.
  • Fluent in English.
