Job Description
- Greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their visit.
- Handle guest complaints in a polite and professional manner and Respond to negative correspondence and feedback.
- Assist other departments with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests
- Ensure the use of all Service Standards.
