Job Description
- Update calendars and schedule meetings .
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Register the company for Trading with other companies .
- Register customers’ data in our customer database .
- Any other tasks that might be added in future according to business need .
- Making the required document scanning .
- Handling customers’ call and visits and communicate them to the concerned staff .
- Handling Customers’ complains.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency .
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans .
- Helps maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services .
- Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department .
Job Requirements
- University Bachelor's degree.
- Computer Skills (Microsoft office, power point, excel, word, outlook, internet....).
- High communication skills.
- Good command with English language (Read, write & speak).
- Residence nearby 10th Of Ramadan is preferable
- Social Media marketing is a big plus .
