Job Description

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings .
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Register the company for Trading with other companies .
  • Register customers’ data in our customer database .
  • Any other tasks that might be added in future according to business need .
  • Making the required document scanning .
  • Handling customers’ call and visits and communicate them to the concerned staff .
  • Handling Customers’ complains.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency .
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans .
  • Helps maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services .
  • Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department .

Job Requirements

  • University Bachelor's degree.
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft office, power point, excel, word, outlook, internet....).
  • High communication skills.
  • Good command with English language (Read, write & speak).
  • Residence nearby 10th Of Ramadan is preferable
  • Social Media marketing is a big plus .
  • Females only.
