Design and Shop Drawing For Drawing-inventory Quantities-Matches The Drawing
Reading specifications.
Making BOQ for Supplies and subcontractors and controller-As Built Drawing
Make The Extracts For Owner and Sub Contractors
Handling all bid analysis to determine the scope of work and required contents of estimate technical data, equipment's requirements, material lists, and indirect cost requirement.

Bachelor Degrees in Civil, Architecture, Electrical Power or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 Years Experience in Design and Shop drawing
Building information Modeling Knowledge is a must.
Experienced in technical drawings and details.
Mastering different drawing tools.
Mastering "Revit" is a must for the Civil and Architecture.
Experience in both "Air conditioning and Health care" is preferable for the Mechanical.
Strong project management and negotiation skills.
High teamwork skills.
Problem solver.
Adapting and responding to changes.
Very Good Command of English.
